The City of MInneapolis and Lowry area neighborhood organizations are hosting the third and final community meeting related to the Lowry Avenue Strategic Plan. The community is invited to review maps guiding future development and to review and discuss proposed strategies for attracting new development and addressing the challenges related to revitalizing Lowry Avenue's neighborhood retail areas.
