Concerned Citizens of Marshall Terrace (CCMT) is the neighborhood organization for the Marshall Terrace neighborhood. (Map)
Incorporated in 1990, as a not-for-profit
corporation, CCMT’s mission is to protect and promote neighborhood interests
and the health, safety and general welfare of the residents in a non-partisan,
educational and cooperative manner.
Any person of voting age who resides in, owns property in or operates or facilitates a business in the Marshall Terrace neighborhood is eligible for membership in CCMT.
Community meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of most months (no
